Is the Bergdorf Hotel Zaglgut located directly on the ski slope (ski-in & ski-out)?

Piste fun right from your doorstep. High up on the Maiskogel, our mountain village is located directly next to piste number 33, which leads to the valley station of the Maiskogelbahn. At the top station of the Maiskogelbahn there is the possibility to change to the 3-K-Konnektion, which takes you further up the Kitzsteinhorn.

Should SKI IN & SKI OUT not be possible due to snow and/or weather conditions, our shuttle service will gladly take you to the nearest valley station.
The service is possible with advance reservation and subject to availability.The shuttle is not offered in the low-season (08.04.2024-18.05.2024).

We have bathrobes for both our big and small guests. We have adult bathrobes in stock in the sizes Small, Medium, Large and X-Large. For children's bathrobes we have a standard size.

Are there parking facilities at the Bergdorf Hotel Zaglgut, and are they free of charge?

One free parking space is provided per accommodation. If you are travelling with several cars, you can book an additional space in the underground car park for €15.00 per day. We cannot guarantee a parking space without a reservation in advance.

Are dogs allowed at the Bergdorf Hotel Zaglgut, and what are the costs?

Dogs are welcome upon request, depending on size and breed, for a fee of €50 per day and dog (excluding food) in our Garden Spa Suite, Panorama Spa Suite, and our chalets (except the Panorama Lake Chalets).

Please note that dogs are not allowed in hotel areas such as the restaurant and wellness area.

A leash is mandatory throughout the entire hotel grounds – we kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to the restaurant concept, dogs are not permitted in the Gutshof building. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs in the Junior Suites Mountain, Junior Suites Lake, and the Glacier Spa Suite.

What wellness and fitness facilities are available at the Bergdorf Hotel Zaglgut?

Our guests use the wellness retreat at the Zaglgut free of charge. The sauna area is only accessible from the age of 16. The fruit basket, tea bar and the fountain are ideal for thirst quenchers and vitamin bombs between meals. Showers, changing rooms and lockers are available.

The entire range of included services and attractions can be used as often as you like during the period of validity.
Exception: In July and August 4 attractions are only included from the 2nd day of your stay. (Summit ride Schmittenhöhe via Schmittenhöhenbahn and trassXpress, summit lift and Gletscherjet 3+4 on the Kitzsteinhorn (ride from Alpincenter), boat trip on Lake Zell, high mountain reservoirs Kaprun). The summer ticket is valid in July and August on the day of arrival from 15:00.
The boat tour is limited with to one use within 6 days.

In May, June, September and October, these 4 attractions are also included on the day of arrival and the summer ticket can be used all day.
Ski lifts and special rides are generally not included.
