Conditions of participation Meta competition "4th Advent" (organized by Bergdorf Zagl GmbH):

The organizer of the competition is Bergdorf Zagl GmbH, Zaglweg 10, 5710 Kaprun. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PARTICIPATION
Participation in the competition, which was published on the Zaglgut meta pages, is free of charge. All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and who have their main residence and center of life in Europe are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition may only take place in your own name and all personal information provided must be true.
The competition can be entered by fulfilling the conditions and requirements of the postings published on the meta channels within the specified time limit. Excluded from this are employees of Bergdorf Zagl GmbH, legal successors, authorized representatives and agents of the organizer as well as all companies involved in the organization and implementation of the competition, advertising agencies and their employees and shareholders including their family and household members. The competition runs from 22.12.2024 07:00 till 08.01.2025 10:00.

EXECUTION
The competition is not connected to Meta and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by them. The winner will be determined within 7 days after the closing date for participation by means of a supervised random draw among all participants who meet the participation requirements.
The winners will be contacted by direct message via Meta and asked to email marketing@zaglglut.at in which the personal data is properly and truthfully completely transmitted. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The details of this data serve to hand over or send the prize.
If no e-mail is received within the specified period of one week after the winner has been notified, or if a winner cannot be notified due to incomplete or incorrect contact information, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited. No liability is assumed for the occurrence of technical problems in mail traffic or during the registration process for the raffle. The organizer Bergdorf Zagl GmbH expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons, or to exclude participants from the competition. This applies in particular to violations of the stated conditions of participation, manipulation of the competition, and for any reason that would impair or prevent the competition from running as planned.

PROFIT
The prize is an overnight stay including breakfast for 2 people in the Junior Suite Berg at the Zaglgut. The prize can be redeemed in the low season, subject to availability and after consultation with the hotel, and is valid until 31.12.2025.

The processing and use of the personal data collected in the course of participation in the competition by the competition organiser, Bergdorf Zagl GmbH, is limited exclusively to the processing of the competition (e.g. determining the winner, notification of the winner, sending the prize). Participation in the competition is not possible without providing the required data.
Photos of the handover of the prizes and the redemption of the prize and the associated naming of the participants may be published online (social media, websites, etc.) or in print media by Bergdorf Zagl GmbH or third parties in connection with the competition. Each person entitled to participate agrees to the publication of their name and photo in the course of the prize processing when providing their contact details.



Conditions of participation at "#zaglgut" competition & ratings 2025" (organized by Bergdorf Zagl GmbH): 

The organizer of the competition is Bergdorf Zagl GmbH, Zaglweg 10, 5710 Kaprun. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PARTICIPATION
Participation in the competition, which refers to the ratings on the well-known and common online platforms such as google.com and the hotel's own rating sheet (in printed form), as well as using the hashtag "#zaglgut" on Meta, is free and voluntary. All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and who have their main residence and centre of life in Europe are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition may only take place in your own name and all personal information provided must be true. You can take part by submitting a review after a verifiable stay (verifiable by booking confirmation/invoice) on one of the above-mentioned platforms, by giving express consent to the competition via the rating sheet or by using the hashtag on the Meta social media platforms "#zaglgut". The competition runs from 01.01.2024 until 31.12.2024

Excluded from this are employees of Bergdorf Zagl GmbH, legal successors, authorized representatives, and agents of the organizer as well as all companies involved in the organization and implementation of the competition, advertising agencies and their employees and shareholders including their family and household members.

The competition stands in no relation to Meta, Google or any other online platform and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them. The winner will be determined within 30 days after the closing date for participation by means of a supervised random draw among all participants who meet the participation requirements. The winners will be asked to send an e-mail to office@zaglgut.at using the contact options available to the company, such as direct message via meta, telephone or e-mail, in which the personal data will be transmitted properly and truthfully in full. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The details of this data serve to hand over or send the prize.

If no e-mail is received within the specified period of one week after the winner has been notified, or if a winner cannot be notified due to incomplete or incorrect contact information, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited. PROFIT
The prize is two nights in our hotel Zaglgut for two person including breakfast. 
The prize can only be redeemed outside the high season and in compliance with the minimum stay requirements, subject to availability and after consultation with the hotel. There will be no cash payment of the prize and the limit of EUR 21,600.00 total value of the prizes played will not be exceeded. The prize is valid for 1 year from the notification of the winner and can be redeemed during this period. The prize is not transferable. Multiple participation does not increase the chance of winning.

The winner pays any applicable taxes (local tax) as well as consumption and additional services on site.

LEGAL PROVISIONS
Austrian law is exclusively applicable. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes in connection with this competition is Zell am See. No liability is assumed for technical problems during participation. Questions or complaints regarding the competition should be sent to Bergdorf Zagl GmbH by email at office@zaglglut.at. The legal process is excluded.
