Fresh herbs from the Zaglgut herb garden also end up in our cooking pots. The result? Traditional, but different. Love of the homeland spiced with creative ideas. Classic Pinzgau and international dishes transformed into bold new creations.

Start the day with the first rays of sunshine on your face and feel the morning calm at the Bergdorf Hotel Zaglgut with your favorite coffee/tea. In winter, you'll be the first to hit the slopes straight after breakfast. But the morning is not the only time of day when you are pampered in our Restaurant Zagl in Kaprun. At lunchtime, you can choose from a mix of classic snacks and sweet temptations. In the evening, the kitchen team is on top form to accompany you tastefully into the end of the day. In addition, our "Hut" and "Ripperlessen" (rib stew) provide for a cozy get-together. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
